Family die by suicide in Karnataka

MYSURU: Three of a family including a teen girl died by suicide allegedly after they lost a property dispute in a court, in neighbouring Chamarajanagar district on Friday.

The man, his wife and their 13-year-old daughter were found hanging at their home in Bedarapura village of Chamarajanagar taluk.

The family has left a suicide note wherein they have written not to share their property with some of their relatives, sources claimed.

The deceased has been identified as Mahadevaswamy (45), his wife Savitha (46) and Sinchana (14).

Investigation is under way to know the exact cause for their extreme step, an officer said.
