Tragic Incident in Koramangala: Tree Falls on Moving Bike, One Dead, Another Injured

A tragic incident occurred on Wednesday in Bengaluru’s Koramangala area when a tree, uprooted by strong winds, fell onto a moving motorcycle, resulting in the death of the rider and serious injuries to the pillion passenger. 

CCTV footage from the scene shows the tree suddenly collapsing onto the bike, causing both individuals to fall to the ground. Emergency services rushed them to St. John’s Hospital, where the rider succumbed to his injuries, while the pillion passenger is currently undergoing treatment.

This incident highlights the dangers posed by extreme weather conditions and the importance of maintaining urban infrastructure.
